As a community, Aurora is uniquely blessed with a wonderful mix of developable land and protected open space. We must carefully navigate the development of our community to ensure that this mix is protected.
STABILITY
Predictability provides a level of confidence and comfort for our residents, especially in taxes. I don’t know anyone who wants to see their property tax increase dramatically!
